Join our Bupa Around The Bay Training Rides!
The team will be running training rides to help you achieve your Bupa Around the Bay goal. Don’t worry, you don’t need to be taking on the 210km Clockwise challenge like the team. These training rides will cater mostly to those who have set a 100km – 250km ride distance goal.

Sunday Frankston Rides
When: 7am 14 July, 28 July, 11 August, 15 September, 6 October
Where: Port Melbourne to Frankston return (Approx 85kms)
Meeting Points: 7am at TFM Port Melbourne – 265 Bay St Port Melbourne or 7:30am at O’Mara Cycles Black Rock
Long Hill Rides
When: 20 July & 7 September Where To: Heidleberg to Kinglake, approximately 120kms (Full)
Meeting Points: 7am @ Peak Cycles Heidelberg (Burgandy St) (Approx 120km option) or 7:45am @ Shops car park near the corner of Raglan Rd & Main Rd in Research (Approx 80km option)
When: 10 August & 5 October Where To: Richmond to Dandenongs, approximately 120kms (Full)
Meeting Points: 7am @ Richmond Cyclery Richmond (Bridge Rd) (Approx 120km option) or 8:10am @ The Basin- Outside the bakery at the shops on Mountain Hwy (Approx 60km option)
Tuesday Morning North Road Ride
When: 5.50am every Tuesday from 16 July – 16 October
Where: Meet at the corner of North Rd and Nepean Hwy – Tempo down to Mordialloc then split into a 40km/h+ fast group and a second slower group.
